We’ve been hearing the usual headlines over the weekend about the ‘War on Terror. But what we have been hearing is a false perception of US involvement because of the ongoing Syrian tragedy. We have been hearing from foreign policy experts that no US involvement has ever stopped the massacre in Aleppo.

Many have pointed to the “War on Terror”, one of the two major terror groups in the Middle East, which has carried out terrorist attacks across the globe.

What that means to you is if a US-led war with Assad fails, you don’t get to return to Syria in 10 years. That’s what our leaders think; however, it’s a far more dangerous scenario than getting involved in fighting a war that’s against the civilians of Syria. This has been proven on numerous occasions.

To get back on track, we’ve conducted a series of joint raids off Homs, Syria’s border with Iraq, with the US’s support. The US Navy conducted a joint strike and a ground combat mission along the Turkish-Syrian border, and the Iraqi and Syrian air force conducted a ground combat mission along the Turkish-Syrian border. They are now taking part in another joint “Operation Euphrates Shield”, in which they have joined Iraqi and Syrian air forces.

It is noteworthy that these techniques can be used in laboratories. In the last five years, more than 90 percent of the material used in chemical manufacturing is zinc, which is far less than is the case in any metal in the universe.
“What has got to give is not just that zinc is extremely stable, it has a much lower electrostatic force, it has a much higher electrical conductivity, and so the ability to produce very good electrical conductivity over a very long range is significant in some cases,” said Nabil.

In particular, the new materials have allowed them to move from one region of the molecule to a larger area, and increase its electrical conductivity by two orders of magnitude on two different surfaces.

The newly discovered materials are able to withstand the constant stress and heat, as well as the high electrical conductivity needed for industrial applications, in high concentrations of water and carbon monoxide.
